_We’re looking for an**Operations Analyst** to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support key operational initiatives, projects, and day-to-day business activities that drive efficiency and service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and global partners. You will play a key role in analyzing processes, resolving complex issues, and improving workflows across the organization.
