_We’re looking for an**Operations Analyst** to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support key operational initiatives, projects, and day-to-day business activities that drive efficiency and service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and global partners. You will play a key role in analyzing processes, resolving complex issues, and improving workflows across the organization. In return, you’ll gain valuable exposure to end-to-end operations, strengthen your analytical capabilities, and contribute to impactful business outcomes._ ### **Position Responsibilities:** * Lead and support strategic initiatives, projects, and BAU operations, ensuring timely execution and delivery * Analyze data, processes, and business requirements to identify gaps, resolve issues, and drive improvements * Act as a liaison between business, IT, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation * Manage deliverables including task tracking, reporting, audit requirements, and documentation updates * Handle complex operational issues, escalations, and customer concerns, ensuring resolution and service quality * Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-driven efficiencies ### ### **Required Qualifications:** * Strong knowledge with JH Life – Replacements products * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field * Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel), and systems/process documentation * Solid understanding of testing procedures, case development, and expected results ### ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in Agile environments and drafting user stories * Knowledge of valuation standards (e.g., ASC 820, IFRS 13, GIPS) * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to manage multipl
