What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day division support for administrative functions
and special projects.

Serve as project manager for special studies and prepare reports
Conduct independent research on policy
and legal/contractual requirements.
Review draft regulations and prepare impact assessments and recommendations.
Participate in meetings

Maintain master files
and tracking systems for classified and unclassified material.
Use systems such as AFRIMS
and PMRT to retrieve data and track actions.
Support administrative tasks: manning tracking
correspondence preparation
and office supply coordination.
Assist with self-inspections
corrective action tracking
and quality improvement initiatives.
Process quarterly/yearly awards and recognition packages.

Manage DTS travel orders
and provide travel expertise and training to personnel.
