Act as the central point of coordination between local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Drive project execution by defining timelines, tracking milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and following up on action items. Gather business requirements, prepare project documentation (BRD, SOP, Memo), and support implementation from planning through launch. Coordinate external partner and banking integrations, including testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Evaluate A/B tests, analyse and propose UX/UI enhancements, and product optimization initiatives. Conduct market, competitor, and product analysis and provide actionable recommendations. ## Requirements Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields. At least 3-5 years’ directly related experience in a project management, business operation role.
