What You'll Do.
Manage client documentation for correspondence and set-up
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Supervise day-to-day operational activities
Organize and file records of office activities
Administer a filing system
and enter information into databases
Assist with coordination and processing of work orders
Maintain office supplies inventory and orders
Schedule meetings and coordinate facilities
Liaise with internal and external partners
Identify and escalate irregularities and discrepancies
Perform various operational activities
Provide administrative/operational support
Ensure proper documentation and administration of decisions
Meet high quality service standards
Follow through on risk and compliance processes
Protect the Bank's assets
Complete complex & diverse tasks
Analyze issues and determine next steps
