Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational/problem solving skills, Experience with Google Suite tools, Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Purchase Order requisitions ideal, Excellent communication skills, Willingness to embrace change and champion change effectively

What You'll Do.

Assist local leadership in routine administrative and operational duties

Organize and facilitate community engagement initiatives and events

Facilitate a seamless workflow

Foster open communication

Oversee organization and administration of employee safety training

Coordinate recognition programs for safety achievements

Administer onboarding process for new hires

Create and distribute training resources

Enter production data

Compose correspondence and reports

Coordinate catering services

Maintain file systems

Oversee attendance records

Procure office materials

Gather and structure data for reporting

Generate and compile reports

Administer security infrastructure

Diagnose system issues

Issue access credentials

Execute temporary suspensions

Engage with external partners and suppliers

Manage community engagement initiatives

Handle sensitive information confidentially

Perform other duties as assigned
