Write operational use cases
Write and update defects
Write Operational tests results
Support continuous improvement
Support adhoc project initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Agile development teams; Coordinate with Product Manager; Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts; Coordinate with Release Management; Ensure cross team communication; Synchronisation meeting with Product Manager; Synchronisation meeting with Subject Matter experts
