We are focused on creating value where **IT** counts, join us! ### ### Responsibilities: * Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production * Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment * Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP) * Perform: * Incident resolution * Root cause analysis (RCA) * Change implementation (change control process) * Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets * Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment * Act as interface between: * Local lab/production users * Global IT teams * Vendors / equipment suppliers * Support validation and compliance activities (where required) * Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards **Requirements** * OT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems) * Understanding of GxP compliance * Experience with validation / regulated environments * Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination * Knowledge of integrated IT/OT systems * IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience * Flexible and team oriented person * Experienced working in multinational teams * Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) * Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months **Benefits** * Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects * Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedd
