Job Description As our Operational Systems Specialist at Youfoodz, you will drive operational excellence by leading the development, deployment, and optimization of core manufacturing (MFG) and inventory (IMP) systems. You'll serve as the central owner of our software roadmap, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions while managing change strategies to ensure data integrity, user adoption, and continuous operational uptime. Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for core manufacturing and inventory systems, from initial analysis and scope definition through to QA and deployment. Own the strategic roadmap for operational systems, identifying opportunities for tech enhancements that align with our evolving business goals. Manage the integration of third-party software and oversee feature releases, ensuring they are scoped accurately and delivered on time. Direct investigations and resolve critical system bugs to minimize downtime, acting as the central point of contact during technical outages. Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communications to ensure smooth software rollouts for frontline teams. Create and deliver engaging training programs (both in-person and via 360Learning) to drive sustained user adoption. Maintain strict data integrity for the Traceability System (recipes, SKUs, and WIP data) and lead internal audits for mock recalls.
