Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, Relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, Internal/ External Audit, or similar areas, Knowledge and experience in the financial services or banking industry, Experience in risk reporting and communication, In-depth understanding of operational risk frameworks (e. g. , COSO), Knowledge of requirements of Brazilian regulations applied to financial and payments institutions (BACEN), Analytical and problem-solving skills, Clear, concise, and objective communication skills, Adaptability to a dynamic way of working and short-term deliverables, Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, Proven skills in stakeholder management and influencing skills, Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a sense of prioritization
Nice to Have
Artificial Intelligence enthusiasm, Coding skills (SQL, Python, Scala, or other similar programming languages) are a plus
What You'll Do.
and document operational risks
Assess potential operational risks for new products
Conduct thorough reviews of operational incidents
Lead root cause analysis of incidents
Assess suppliers in terms of BCM governance
Support BCM processes
and track operational risk issues
