Join us if making your mark in the financial services industry from day one is a challenge you are up for. **What you will be responsible for** As an Assistant Vice President in Enterprise Risk Management, you will * Drive effective risk governance within the State Street, India. * As part of Enterprise Risk Management Team, primary responsibility will be risk oversight of business functions (First Line of Defense). * Work with senior business executives to understand and manage enterprise and operational risks and assist in mitigating/reducing the risks * Provide independent challenge from second line of defense to risk assessment programs performed by First Line of Defense teams * Identify emerging risk if any by monitoring/observing trends in key risk indicators/incident management * Lead and drive the execution of risk programs and strategic risk projects * Drive effective Risk Control Self-Assessment Program and provide second line challenge to mitigate the gaps if any * Review the quarterly risk reports, risk dashboar
