Must Have
12+ years of related experience in operational control and / or resiliency, Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels, Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity, Demonstrated ability to lead defined initiatives, manage deliverables, and work independently
Nice to Have
Previous experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related discipline within a financial services organisation
