What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of project management or operational coordination experience, Healthcare provider or hospital system experience preferred, Experience supporting operational, transformation, or process improvement initiatives, organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Comfortable working independently and executing against defined implementation goals, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, Experience with project tracking tools and documentation management
Nice to Have
Healthcare provider experience is strongly preferred, particularly within hospital, clinic, or healthcare system operations., Exposure to healthcare operations, clinic or hospital openings, or healthcare system integrations, Experience working within a Transformation Management Office (TMO), PMO, or operational excellence environment, Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and operational workflow optimization, Experience supporting executive stakeholders and cross-functional operational teams

Manage and execute 1–5 concurrent operational projects based on business priorities
and organizational needs

Drive process improvement and implementation efforts across operational and administrative departments
Coordinate logistics and project activities related to mergers
and healthcare system integrations
Partner with cross-functional teams including HR
and Department of Health stakeholders
Facilitate project tracking

Support portfolio-based project intake and prioritization within the Transformation Management Office
Develop and maintain project plans
and executive updates
Utilize collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft Teams
and Microsoft Copilot
Assist with meeting facilitation
and administrative project coordination activities
