What You'll Do.

Provide first line oversight of operational activities

Ensure appropriate controls and governance are in place

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and monitor

Ensure SIPP Trustee risks are identified

Maintain effective management information

Conduct root cause analysis of exceptions and trends

Track and monitor open actions

Monitor market developments and regulatory change

Provide analysis and recommendations

Contribute to change initiatives and process improvements

Support continuous enhancement of oversight activities

Lead and develop the team

Foster a culture of accountability

Effectively manage resources

and cost-effective completion of oversight
