We are looking for an Operational Improvement Specialist who will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our farming operations. In this position, you will work at the heart of our production environment, collaborating with teams across Farming, Technical Services, Quality, and Support Functions to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and deliver measurable results. Your work will directly contribute to higher efficiency, stronger operational reliability, improved fish performance, and enhanced product quality. What You'll Be Doing As our Operational Improvement Specialist, you will: Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency, and operational performance. Analyze workflows, processes, and production data to identify opportunities for optimization. Drive standardization through the development and implementation of SOPs, best practices, and operational standards. Facilitate root cause analyses and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation and sustainable adoption. Support operational teams during change initiatives and help embed new ways of working.
