Must Have
Grado en ADE, Ingeniería o similar, 4–7 years of experience in: Operations multi-site (retail, logistics, services), Consulting (operations / strategy), Operational excellence / continuous improvement, Availability to travel (50%), High analytical capacity, Experience in: Operational audits / field work, Ability to structure problems and turn them into actionable plans, Ownership mentality (total responsibility), Ability to influence without direct authority, Very operational and field-oriented profile, Clear and direct communication, Ability to push for execution (not just analyze), Comfort working in environments under construction

What You'll Do.

Estamos lanzando un proyecto estratégico de Excelencia Operativa en toda nuestra red de aparcamientos, con el objetivo de definir, medir e implantar estándares homogéneos que garanticen una experiencia excelente para el cliente y una operativa eficiente. Este rol será clave para construir, desplegar y hacer cumplir un marco de 18 básicos operativos, asegurando su implantación en campo y su adopción real en la organización. Actuarás como nexo entre estrategia y operaciones, combinando auditoría en campo, seguimiento y gestión del cambio. **Responsabilidades principales** _Auditoría de campo y diagnóstico inicial _ * Realizar visitas a aparcamientos para evaluar el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos * Construir una foto de partida clara y objetiva de cada activo * Identificar gaps y priorizar acciones de mejora _Seguimiento e implantación operativa _ * Definir planes de acción junto con Operaciones * Hacer seguimiento activo hasta asegurar ejecución real * Impulsar mejoras en básicos sin CAPEX (quick wins) _Identificación de CAPEX y soporte a negocio _ * Detectar necesidades de inversión para cumplir estándares * Apoyar en la estimación de CAPEX y priorización * Colaborar con equipos de Operaciones y Finanzas _Performance & mejora continua _ * Definir y hacer seguimiento de KPIs de excelencia operativa * Analizar datos e identificar oportunidades de mejora * Impulsar una cultura de mejora continua (Lean mindset) _Gestión del cambio y cultura _ * Hacer calar la importancia de los básicos en toda la organización * Formar, acompañar e influir en equipos operativos * Convertir la excelencia operativa en un estándar cultural _Coordinación transversal _ * Trabajar con Operaciones, Comercial, Marketing y áreas técnicas * Alinear estrategia con ejecución en campo * Reportar avances a Dirección **Perfil que buscamos** Formación y experiencia * Grado en ADE, Ingeniería o similar * +4–7 años de experiencia en:
