As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations. This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing best practices, and implementing new operational solutions.
