As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations. This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing procedures, and implementing new operational solutions. If you are passionate about TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and driving measurable business impact at scale, this role offers the opportunity to influence Facilities operations & maintenance across a leading semiconductor organization. **What You Will Do:** * Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops. * Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction. * Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness. * Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities. * Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards. * Develop and standardize procedures, maintenance methods, and SOP’s. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous
