What You’ll Get to Do As our OpEx Manager, you will be the driving force behind continuous improvement across our operations building a culture where efficiency, quality, and innovation are woven into everyday work. Leveraging Lean (TPS), Six Sigma, and cutting-edge process methodologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes that matter to our customers, our people, and our business. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing OpEx team building the competencies, accountability, and collaborative mindset needed to sustain long-term improvement. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and systematically reducing waste at every level of the organization. Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects that are directly aligned with our strategic goals. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, WPO sessions, and a full range of Lean tools bringing the right approach to every challenge. Use existing process data to forecast improvement outcomes and communicate progress clearly during monthly OpEx reviews. Partner with plant management and OpEx support staff to keep everyone aligned on initiatives, priorities, and wins.
