Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify waste, reduce cycle times, and implement best-practice process improvements. Facilitate Lean and Kaizen workshops, driving structured problem-solving and ensuring sustainable adoption of improvements. Develop, track, and report key performance indicators to measure operational success and improvement sustainability. Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT to design and implement scalable solutions. Support change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption of new processes. Coach and mentor teams and leaders on continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence tools. Standardize processes and share best practices across teams and sites to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments. Proven track record of leading operational excellence or process improvement initiatives. Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change without direct authority. Experience in process analysis, documentation, optimization, and performance measurement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
