## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Are you driven by efficiency and continuous improvement? This position is tailored for an engineering enthusiast looking to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world industrial optimization, maximizing throughput while minimizing resource consumption. ### 1\. Improve the Carbide yield with documented analysis. 2\. Qualify new suppliers for calcium carbide. 3\. Work on diagnosing acetone spitting and how to prevent it. 4\. Act as a Facility Manager, focusing on planning the workforce against planned production, conducting behavior safety visits, team training, and improving reporting quality. 5\.
