As a Global AT Operations Excellence Operational Excellence(APPOE) Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role indriving network-wide equipment related performance through close collaborationwith multiple manufacturing sites and cross functional partners. This positionis responsible for advancing Micron’s Equipment Improvement Programs whileembedding an Operations Excellence mindset across the Backend Manufacturingorganization. Job Description * The role applies Semiconductor equipment performance management, factory physics foundational knowledge, advanced data analytics, and structured problem solving to identify gaps, analyze root causes, and translate insights into actionable improvement initiatives. You and your team will guide network site teams by leading Equipment–focused continuous improvement projects, aligning business processes, and standardizing methodologies and metrics across the network. * You will facilitate weekly performance reviews with site stakeholders, steward the development of efficient and effective processes, and establish a clear roadmap for metric standardization and methodology blueprinting.
