What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in automation or AI projects, understanding of Power Platforms, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI/ML concepts, and digital transformation, Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis (e. g. , Power BI, Excel), Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with automation solutions (e. g. , Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Familiarity with AI technologies such as NLP, predictive analytics, and machine learning, Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices

The **OpEx Consultant** will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation and AI opportunities across business processes.
