What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, 3+ years of experience in project management and/or continuous improvement and operations excellence, preferably in supply chain, quality, or transformation environments, Proven track record of full scope and on time project delivery for complex international cross-functional projects, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and proven experience in commercial/data analysis, Excellent stakeholder management and communication able to influence and align cross-functional teams, Experience with project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet), Experience in working across cultural and multi-functional specificities in complex situations, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a matrix environment
Nice to Have
Fluent in German or other market languages are a plus, Certification in project management (e. g. , PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus
