What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 8+ years of experience as operation head/manager in Technical Support process (Microsoft M365), Graduate with minimum 8 years of Experience as operation head/manager in Technical Support process (Microsoft M365)
Nice to Have
Concierge LOB is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Creating strategies with senior management
develop policies that will correlate with the organization goal
implementing effective processes and standards
manage team operations
understand the strategic direction
clearly communicate team goals
keep the team updated on change
providing guidance to our in-house Management Trainee
keep a close track of the NSAT Scores
track the productivity of the team members
induct new joiners i. e Engineers and Team Leader
management of critical and complex changes
Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans
Identification and communication of potential risks
communication of dependencies in timely manner
Responsible for Performance management
Responsible for career development
Responsible for retention of the team members

Work in collaboration with subordinate and senior management levels; negotiations and influencing on significant matters; Identification and communication of potential risks and dependencies in timely manner to stake holders
