What You'll Do.
overseeing and managing laboratory operations
ensuring the accurate and timely analysis of fuel samples
coordinating communication between clients
maintaining laboratory databases
updating client portals
ensuring full compliance with operational procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
providing regular updates on ongoing operations
Coordinate and prepare analysis instructions for chemists
Work closely with chemists
and supervisors to monitor operations
and keep clients informed of any changes
Provide expert consultation on standard test methods and quality calculations upon client request
Workflow planning and scheduling the resource allocation (staff
Minimising downtime and improving productivity
Obtain client approval for any modifications to testing methods and prepare confirmations accordingly
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of analysis reports
Manage invoicing and ensure timely submission of documents
Maintain and update laboratory databases and client portals
Sign off on final laboratory reports
Participate in the general operation of the laboratory
