Identify staffing needs based on shifts

Create staffing schedules

Process shift changes and requests

Coordinate with staffing agencies for labor

Train new hires on attendance system

Support HR-related filings

Support recruitment activities

Manage and order office supplies

Handle phone inquiries

Plan and manage office tidiness

Create and announce notices/posters

Manage internal improvement activities

Process invoices using internal systems

Manage order records using internal systems

Support planning/operation of internal events

Plan monthly birthday parties

Handle visitor reception

Support safety education and awareness activities

Support disaster prevention drills
