Computer and EMCS experience preferred, May require a City of Tacoma Engineer License II (or obtain license within 90 days of hire) depending on location

In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients and families have the best possible experience when visiting facilities across our health system. **Responsibilities** * You will oversee the safe and efficient operations of the gas and electric boilers, HVAC, air compressors, pumps, emergency generators, and other auxiliary equipment * You will oversee the safe and efficient operations of the hospital’s infrastructure, ensuring maintaining all regulatory compliance * You will monitor and assign work orders to ensure timely completion. * You will perform tasks pertaining to the boiler room and steam distribution system * You will perform rounds and inspections of machine rooms and roof areas **Requirements** * High school graduate or equivalent preferred * May require a City of Tacoma Engineer License II (or obtain license within 90 days of hire) depending on location * Accomplished in steam, HVAC, and basic electrical related to plant operations and maintenance * Minimum four (4) years of experience directly related to operations and maintenance of building mechanical and electrical systems * Computer and EMCS experience preferred * Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state ** _Additional Requirements for Allenmore Hospital Include_****:** * Washington State Depar
