What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, or comparable work experience, Minimum 5 years of trade experience, 3 years in engineering/maintenance roles within commercial buildings, EPA Certification, Knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical duties including walking, kneeling, standing, and working in various environmental conditions, Proficient in use of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Vocational degree, apprenticeship, or higher education, 10 years of trade experience, 5 years in engineering/maintenance preferred, OSHA 30 certification or higher, NFPA 70E knowledge, Experience with CMMS, ABS, or BMS systems, Experience with handheld electronic devices, Proven skill in scheduling, report generation, process improvement, Demonstrated ability to train, evaluate, and manage technical staff, Comprehensive understanding of customer and personal service principles

You will contribute directly to Jones Lang LaSalle’s standard of excellence by performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
