What You'll Do.
Operate and maintain HVAC
and electrical systems.
Execute scheduled inspections

Supervise third-party contractors doing work on site.

This hands-on role usually requires 3+ years of experience, technical certifications (e.g., EPA 608), and strong safety compliance.
