Must Have

minimum of 3 years related work experience in facility operations or building maintenance, Technical expertise demonstrated in at least one craft area: Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations, Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel, Ability to analyze system operations, diagnose problems or malfunctions, and implement corrective action, Physical capability to lift 35 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, standing, reaching, and laying for extended periods to access equipment components

Nice to Have

Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC systems, Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons), State license in specialty area such as Electrician, Stationary Engineer, or Plumbing, Experience with facility services management including preventative maintenance program administration, Ability to work flexible hours including exposure to varying environmental conditions (heat, sunlight, rain, cold, daylight and nighttime hours as required)
