This impactful role offers diverse challenges from strategic preventative maintenance to critical emergency response, while managing vendor relationships and inventory systems that keep our facilities running seamlessly and safely. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:** • Master diverse building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, fire life safety, and lighting through hands-on maintenance, monitoring, and repairs • Lead preventative maintenance initiatives by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing critical equipment components • Serve as first responder to facility emergencies and service requests, making an immediate difference • Execute electrical and mechanical repairs including lighting systems, ballasts, fixtures, motors, pumps, and plumbing infrastructure • Drive operational excellence through detailed maintenance reporting, precise record-keeping, and strategic equipment inventory management • Partner with vendors to optimize quality, pricing, and service delivery across facility operations • Monitor system performance through equipment readings and proactive adjustments to maximize efficiency • Ensure accuracy in parts procuremen
