3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall, Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive, customer service skills
Nice to Have
Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable, Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
