This position demands technical expertise across multiple craft areas including Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, and Central Utility Plant Operations. You'll be responsible for the hands-on operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical building equipment, from mechanical and plumbing systems to fire and life safety controls.
