What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry, Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance), Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams), Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall, Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive, customer service skills
Nice to Have
Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
What You'll Do.
Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting

Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks
Support on-call or emergency response situations
Troubleshoot all building systems
DDC and pneumatic controls
Comply with all safety procedures
Participate in ongoing technical
and operational process training programs

The Operating Engineer supports all operational aspects of the building to include but not limited to, maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position requires the Operating Engineer to be on-site. Local market requirements may vary slightly.
