The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. **Expected Compensation: $51.54 per hour** _The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant 's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data_ _._ Expected Schedule: Wed-Sat (2pm-10pm) Sun 6am-2pm (off Mon/Tue) **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by any licensing requirements) * Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests * Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks * Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable) * Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls * Comply with all safety procedures * Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs * Fire Life Safety maintenance and testing (Critical systems including emergency power) * Seasonal start up and shutdown * Other projects and tasks to be assigned
