Must Have
High School diploma or GED equivalent, Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC, Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC’s (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment), Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and correct operational issues in various facility systems, Proficiency in preventive maintenance and technical repair practices, Knowledge of safety protocols related to hazardous materials, Ability to read equipment readings and perform necessary system adjustments
Nice to Have
Experience with purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management, Familiarity with evaluating contractor performance and maintenance quality, Basic skills in monitoring and reporting on system performance and operational issues, Knowledge of general workplace safety and compliance standards, Experience coordinating services and maintenance among multiple contractors, Comfort with reviewing and verifying deliveries (count, pricing, and descriptions), Basic computer skills for facility management systems and reporting
