Must Have
Minimum four years of experience in the electrician trade or related field, OR minimum four years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field, OR minimum four years of experience with emergency backup systems (generators, UPS, etc. )., Skilled in the use of tools and machinery required for mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair., Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes., Ability to visually inspect machinery and buildings, frequently walk up and down stairs, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and lift 60 lbs repeatedly.

What You'll Do.
ensuring the seamless operation of complex building systems and infrastructure.

Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment
including assembling tools and supplies
completing preventive task sheets
conducting immediate clean-up of work areas
and reporting supply shortages or equipment problems to the Operations Manager or Lead Engineer.
Install and repair plumbing
and electrical wire single and three-phase run pull wiring to machinery and install and rebuild pumps
and heat and replace bearings
and filters as needed.
and maintain electrical controls
and motor controls while monitoring refrigeration
air conditioning equipment
and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
order necessary supplies
document equipment repairs
track time accurately in reports
