Maintain and update CMMS information
Maintain building systems
Execute preventive maintenance services
Respond to online service requests
Respond effectively to emergencies
Support after-hours building related activity
Assist with installations of new equipment
Review quality and pricing of contractor work
Maintain detailed inventory of parts
Submit replacement requests
Assist with operational recommendations
Interact with external and internal customers
Maintain compliance to Federal
Maintain and implement compliance with JLL Engineering Services
