Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years of relevant experience, 5 to 7 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of chillers and boilers in a 400,000 sq ft commercial, industrial, institutional facility where the chiller plant capacity is 2,000 tons or greater and with a boiler plant of 40,000 lbs. /hr. steam capacity, LIC- 1st class Stationary Engineer
What You'll Do.
installation and replacement of utility production and distribution systems
installing and maintaining dust barrier when performing job duties
filling out completed work orders and/or daily time sheets
monitoring and maintaining required supplies and tools
responding to house calls in a timely manner
completion of operational logs
corrective and preventative work orders
handling off-hours shift and weekend calls
monitoring hospital equipment—making and logging necessary adjustments
assist/supervise contractors as necessary when making repairs or working in building
