Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical and HVAC trade, including Roof Top Units, Minimum 4 years of experience in backup systems (generator and UPS), Universal CFC certification, Knowledge of building automation, water treatment, and fire life safety systems, customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to walk long distances and lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 100 pounds)
Nice to Have
Experience with tenant services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control, Background in contracted maintenance and general maintenance operations, Familiarity with building automation systems and control technologies, Understanding of Northern Illinois building codes and regulations, Data Center Operations and/or Critical Environments experience

Your responsibilities will include installation, repair, and maintenance of building equipment and controls to ensure operational excellence and reliable service delivery. Working from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., you will be integral to JLL’s commitment to client satisfaction, safety, and high-performance environments.
