Lead operational processes related to hiring controls
contractor conversions
and workforce planning
Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to inform leadership decision-making
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends
and optimization opportunities
Ensure consistent governance
and reporting standards across GIS
and Third-Party Management teams to support operational alignment
Support executive reporting and governance forums
Drive continuous improvement across processes
and reporting capabilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serves as a strategic operations partner to senior Global Information Security (GIS) leadership; acts as a central point of contact for operational support, analytics, and process optimization across GIS business management functions; partners closely with the Office of the COO, HR, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives aligned with GCISO priorities; Partner with Finance, Vendor Management, and Third-Party Management teams to support operational alignment; GIS Leadership (Daily/Weekly): Performance reporting, analysis, and operational alignment; Vendor Management (Daily/Weekly): Operational insights and recommendations; Third-Party Management (Weekly/Monthly): Contractor conversions and workforce transitions; Technology Finance (Daily/Weekly): Financial forecasting and workforce data analysis
