**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Work with diverse teams to scope, refine, and execute technical capability development plans and programs in close coordination with leadership. * Collaborate across organizational boundaries to ensure that organizational objectives are supported and development goals are met * Leverage knowledge of technical development and the intelligence cycle to inform all program management activities * Utilize polished, professional communications style to relay program status, updates, milestones, and key challenges to executive leaders- Work to deliver progress and momentum even in ambiguous circumstances ** _What You Will Need_ :** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph * Bachelor's degree * FIVE (5) or more years of experience in a national security setting ** _What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * Master's or graduate degree in a related discipline * Experience working within open source intelligence and related areas * Polished and professional communications style * Ability to work within ambiguity with evolving requirements ** _What We Offer_ :** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
