Job description At Compliance Champs, we help organizations navigate complex integrity and compliance challenges with confidence. From Financial Economic Crime (FEC) to Regulatory Compliance and Integrity & Investigations, we support our clients in building resilient, future-proof organizations that operate with integrity. This is not a traditional consulting role. We are looking for ambitious professionals who combine analytical strength with strategic thinking, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. People who enjoy solving complex challenges, building trusted client relationships, and creating real impact in highly dynamic environments. Depending on your assignment, your working week (for example) from Monday to Thursday will mainly consist of carrying out an assignment at one of our clients. These range from financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, investment companies) to crypto-asset service providers, football clubs and notaries. On Fridays, the Compliance Champs team comes to the office in the centre of Rotterdam, where you will contribute to areas such as Business Development or Talent Management and work alongside the other consultants and working students to help professionalise and skill Compliance Champs.
