Key Responsibilities Interactive Brokers is seeking an Estates processing analyst to join our team. This critical, client facing role requires a seasoned professional for the following tasks: Review and validate estate documentation including death certificates, letters of testamentary, probate documents, and executor authorizations. Coordinate the transfer or liquidation of securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments held in deceased accounts. Ensure proper handling of outstanding trades, margin positions, and corporate actions for deceased accounts. Liaise with legal counsel and compliance teams on complex or high-value estate matters. Preferred Qualifications Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Finance, Law or Engineering. Experience with estates processing and/or cross-border asset transfers. Knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust structures preferable. Experience working in a global financial institution. French, German, Spanish or other European languages
