What You'll Do.
Manage regulatory plans of Sanofi R&D Pharma & Vaccines projects
Owner of the operational planning of several Pharma & Vaccines projects
Ensures the project strategy is reflected in Planning
Accountable for the customization of the operational plan
Accountable of a rolling update of the activities
Analyzes the project deliverable timelines
Supports impact management by making analyses
Creates appropriate scenarios in the project portfolio management tool
Accountable person for the accuracy of the plan entered
Communicates the updates to the appropriate stakeholders
Provides reporting and analysis to support the project team
implements and communicate the operational planning standards
Participates in any user requirement definition &/or testing
Leads &/or represents OPCM in any initiative
Represents Regulatory OPCM in Master Data Management (MDM) topics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work together with many departments on a global level; active member of the Monthly Project Planning Review meeting; Works closely with all Planning actors; Works closely with project and planning actors; Works closely with Project actors; Works closely with project team and GRA operational teams
