What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1 year of onsite support, customer care, Windows environment, Office 2016 and 365, Mobile services, Mail services, Collaboration tools, MS TEAMS, inventory, Apple environment (iPhone), Incident and request processing (ITIL), IT Support experience in a large enterprise environment, English (fluent), French (fluent)

Nice to Have

Monitoring and reporting of the production environment (dashboards, KPIs), Monitoring and improvement of procedures and documentation

Assist with first and second level support

Assist with infrastructures

Provide support for computer systems

Provide support for mobile devices

Provide support of inventory units

Receive materials and spare parts

Prepare for installation
