About the Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Onsite Safety Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) delivery across the Monarch Compute Campus construction site — a 2,250+ acre, multi-gigawatt build comprising three hyperscale data center buildings, 864 Caterpillar reciprocating gas engines, switchgear and substation infrastructure, and supporting gas and water systems. Reporting to Nscale's construction leadership, you will own the day-to-day site HSE program, partner closely with EPC and trade contractors, and ensure that every worker — from civil crews to commissioning engineers — goes home safe, every day. This is a high-visibility role on one of the most ambitious AI infrastructure builds in North America, with full executive support and a mandate to set the safety culture for an organization that will scale to 700+ on-site personnel during Phase 1 alone.
