Position Summary Sustainable Talent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring initiatives for our Energy team, which is helping drive the future of U. S. energy independence through the development of reliable, domestically built energy storage solutions. This onsite role, based in Glendale, KY, will initially focus on supporting high-volume hourly recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, recruiting events, and onboarding coordination. As the organization continues to grow, the role will expand into broader recruiting coordination responsibilities, including interview scheduling, offer management, and talent operations support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Support Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
