What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, Current valid BLS certification, Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, Six months job experience in military medical role, Current active Athletic Trainer Certification
Nice to Have
Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with an industrial wellness program, Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, Experience coaching on body mechanics, Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations, Demonstrated work experience with Workers Compensation
What You'll Do.
Provide first aid support
Make referrals to outside medical providers
Minimize AA risk of injury
Educate on injury risk
Engage proactively on injury risk
Maintain records of care provided
Coordinate workers compensation programs
Maintain return to work programs
Provide daily activity logs
Provide end of shift reports
Coach on at-risk work habits
Maintain clean working environment
Maintain medical supply inventory
Participate in training
Facilitate first aid classes
Facilitate CPR classes
Facilitate AED classes
Maintain first aid credentials
Maintain CPR credentials
Maintain AED credentials
Assist with drug testing protocols
Maintain effective care delivery
Assist emergency response
