Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, Current valid BLS certification, Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, Current active Athletic Trainer Certification
Nice to Have
Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with an industrial wellness program, Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, Experience with ergonomics, Experience coaching on body mechanics, Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations, Demonstrated work experience with Workers Compensation, Proficient in digital recordkeeping, Six months job experience in the Military as a Combat Medic, Six months job experience in the Military as a Field Medic, Six months job experience in the Military as a Healthcare Specialist, Six months job experience in the Military as a Hospital Corpsman, Six months job experience in the Military as an Aerospace Medical Service Technician
What You'll Do.
Assess and administer first aid
Offer guidance on injuries or illnesses
Refer care to outside medical providers
Learn about OSHA regulations
Assist with all first aid needs
Support safety operations
Provide first aid support
Make referrals to outside medical providers
Minimize AA risk of injury
Maintain all records of care provided
Coordinate workers’ compensation programs
Coordinate return to work programs
Provide daily activity logs
Provide end of shift reports
Provide coaching regarding observed at-risk work habits
Maintain a clean working environment
Ensure appropriate medical supply inventory is maintained
Participate in training for first aid classes
Participate in training for CPR classes
Participate in training for AED classes
Maintain first aid credentials
Maintain CPR credentials
Maintain AED credentials
Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols
Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies
Assist emergency response at the site
